Get help.
You miss the body you had when you were an athlete.
It’s hard to accept the one that you’re currently in.
You had so much discipline then–why does it feel like you can’t access that now?
You diet to control your weight, but it seems to take less and less time before you wind up literally pulling that cake out of the trash so you can eat it. (Or was that just me?)
If you’ve spent years frustrated over your body and feeling out of control around food, I want to help you stop binging, stabilize your weight, and find peace with your body, without having to be in therapy for years.
I’m Katie.
I’m a former Level 9 competitive gymnast, former club-level ultimate frisbee player, and current CrossFit athlete. I’m also a professional arborist turned nutrition coach.
After quitting gymnastics at age 15, I developed eating disorders that would last for 12 years.
Working outdoors was an integral part of my own journey of healing. For over ten years, I planted and climbed trees in Baltimore and New Haven.
But after sustaining full recovery for 6 years and my cousin passing away following his own struggle with anorexia, I knew I had to help more people who were suffering in their bodies and with food.
I became obsessed with better understanding my own journey and helping other people navigate theirs: I earned my Level 2 Precision Nutrition coaching and NASM certifications, started my own business, coached over 100 people, began writing, and am now actively pursuing the Body Trust certification.
What I’ve learned since has astonished and humbled me. More men and women struggle with disordered eating, body dissatisfaction, and information overwhelm than I’d ever imagined.
So many of us have been quietly been stripped of the trust in ourselves and turned it over to the cogs in the diet machine—a machine that fails to deliver on its promise of thinness, health, and happiness, and then blames us.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. No matter how long you’ve cycled through diets and revolts, you can at last feel nourished and at peace around food. You can accept and respect your body.
I’m here to help. Click below to find out if this program is right for you.

Making peace with your body is your mighty act of revolution.
